Established Customers

So, many people have asked, - "How do I become an established customer?" and "What are the perks?"

     Well, here is the short and simple of it - the process, the requirements, and the benefits  :^)

First things first - You need to become a customer (um yeah LOL).


As a valued customer of The Lunar Flame, you will need to place at least 3 orders (totaling at least $100), and give me a little bit of information.

 - preferably by telephone so as to create a clear channel of communication AND to get all information correct.

Next, from the comfort of your own home ...

Or wherever you happen to be ...

Thoroughly enjoy the products you purchase from The Lunar Flame!

Then (if you haven't already), subscribe to my blog to receive updates and information - as well as opportunities to be a Tester! or even a chance to name a new product!

     If an opportunity arises to vote (or make a suggestion) for the name of a new product, you can participate by commenting on the blog post, emailing me, or giving me a call!   

If you suggest a name for a new product, and the voters think yours is the best suggestion, you will receive a free sample of that product!

If you read a blog post requesting Testers, give me a call, or email (knowing that a phone call is the fastest and most efficient way to contact me), and let me know you're interested  :^)

If you are selected to be a Tester, shipped along with your next order (or sometimes it may be shipped independently), you will receive a sample-size of the product to be tested, AND a questionnaire (usually sent via email).

Once you receive your sample (and confirm receipt), follow the instructions for the product to be tested. 

     Usually products can be tested from the comfort of your own home ...

Or wherever you happen to be ...

Sometimes the product to be tested may ask that you get creative!

(be aware that some products may not be recommended for use with young children)

PLEASE read ALL information and instructions that come with your sample!

AND, as always, make me aware of any allergies you may have so that we can avoid any discomfort!

When you complete your testing of the product, I will need your honest feedback.

(I try not to rush anybody though there is usually a reasonable time frame in mind)

You may return the questionnaire via email or call me and give me your responses and other feedback. Remembering that phone calls are my best mode of communication. 

No one is paid for their testing or their feedback. ALL Testers are volunteers!

Once you become an established customer, and you start referring people to The Lunar Flame, you will become eligible for referral credits (amount dependent upon multiple factors).

As an established customer, you may like to post about The Lunar Flame on social media, and this can earn you credit as well (amount dependent upon multiple factors).

Another benefit of being an established customer is that (sign up on the HOME PAGE) once a year, on your birthday, you will receive a free mist of your choice!

If you live nearby, and are willing to provide transportation, You can act as host/ess for a Scent Event! (It's like a Tupperware party for your nose!)

As host/ess, you will be offering your guests the opportunity to gain a little knowledge, and possibly discover their best Moon! - while you earn credit for yourself! (amount dependent upon multiple factors).
